This copy is inscribed to her from a number of people (none of whose signatures seem to be the author's). 195 recipes from an 18th century manuscript cookbook from Trentino, with cuisine specific to the region. This was the first historic study of the food of the region. Bertoluzza was an avid historian of the cuisine of Trentino, and his work is deeply researched and respected.
